This Code of Conduct applies to all users of the AADA Portal, including mentors, mentees, administrators, volunteers, tutors, programme participants and authorised representatives.
All users are expected to behave professionally, respectfully and honestly when using the Portal and when participating in AADA activities.
Users must not harass, intimidate, discriminate against, abuse, exploit, or threaten any other participant. Communications should remain appropriate, respectful and related to programme objectives.
Users must provide accurate information in profiles, applications, feedback, communications and any other portal submission.
Mentors and mentees should maintain appropriate professional boundaries. Participants should not pressure others to share personal, financial, confidential or unrelated information.
Users should treat programme-related information, personal profiles, feedback, meeting notes and participant details as confidential unless AADA authorises disclosure or disclosure is required for programme administration.
Users must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the Portal, upload harmful content, misuse other users' information, or use the Portal for unauthorised commercial, political or marketing activity.
AADA may investigate suspected breaches and may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, remove participants from programmes, or take any other action it considers appropriate.
